Product Overview

Original ABB BGDR-01C IGBT gate driver board for ACS880 and ACS580 series high-power drives. Serves as the critical interface between the inverter’s main control board and the high-power IGBT modules, converting low-voltage PWM logic signals into properly timed, isolated gate turn-on/off pulses. Continuously monitors IGBT for desaturation (short-circuit) and under-voltage lockout conditions. Conformally coated industrial-grade PCB with optical isolation. Designed for ACS880-104 R8i frame and ACS580-04 R10/R11 frames.
