The TDB6HK360N16P is an Infineon eupec™ EconoBRIDGE™ half-controlled bridge module, rated 1600 V / 360 A, with an integrated NTC temperature sensor. It contains 3 thyristors and 3 diodes in a three-phase bridge configuration, and functions as the input rectifier / thyristor soft-charge stage in drives such as the Schneider ATV610/630/650/340/930 series.
It is a power semiconductor module, not a control board or CPU board. Supplied as Tested replacement stock.

The drive fails to charge the DC bus. CrF2 does NOT automatically mean the module is dead. Check the DC choke and gate signals first.
