When This Board Is the Suspect

The main board becomes the replacement target when CPU-level symptoms persist after supply and connector checks:

• No display / panel dead with power present — the drive receives supply but the panel does not light up. A failed CPU board can produce this symptom.
• Communication fault / panel cannot connect — the drive does not respond on its communication port or the local panel, with cabling verified.
• Parameters lost / cannot save — settings do not persist after a power cycle. This points to the parameter storage section on the main board.
• Powers up but no output / no PWM — the drive initializes but does not drive the IGBTs. The PWM output stage on this board should be inspected.

Compatibility Check

Before ordering, confirm:

• Primary fitment — confirm the drive is an ATV610. If the drive is an ATV630, verify whether it uses the EAV35793 board or the official EAV35794 board before ordering.
• Version suffix — confirm the original board label reads EAV35793-03. The -01 and -03 versions are not interchangeable; a mismatched version may not start.
• Power rating / firmware — ATV610 boards for different kW ratings carry different firmware. After replacement, re-flashing and motor auto-tuning may be required.
