Original MCD312-16IO1 thyristor/diode rectifier bridge module. Manufactured by IXYS (now Littelfuse), this module features a dual series semiconductor structure combining one thyristor (SCR) and one diode in a single package. Rated at 1600V and 320A average forward current, it is designed for demanding industrial applications including Schneider and Danfoss AC drives, soft starters, power converters, and industrial furnace temperature control. The Y1-CU package features an Al₂O₃ ceramic substrate with copper base plate for excellent thermal performance.
