The FF300R12ME4_B11 is an Infineon EconoDUAL 3 1200V/300A half-bridge dual IGBT module with TRENCHSTOP IGBT4 technology, Emitter Controlled HE diode, and integrated NTC thermistor. The ZGAD-572 gate adapter board provides secure plug-and-play gate signal connection and mechanical strain relief. This matched set forms the core of ABB ACS880 and ACS580 drive power units.
